I was invited to Burger Factory today to try their Spicy Cheesy Lucy Burger and new desserts at Mustang Desserts located inside the restaurant. The burger was delicious. Spicy, juicy, and very flavourful. The fries were nice and crispy and the side sauces were very good. The desserts were excellent. We tried the biscoff milk cake, teramisu cake, and tres leche. All 3 amazing flavours. Not too sweet but still tasted really good! I will be back to have them again :) Thank you Br. Alaa for inviting me. Your kindness and hospitality was very appreciated!

The burger was incredibly delicious and juicy, with very generous portions of sauce. The service was outstanding and extremely friendly. Personally, this is one of the best beef burger restaurants I’ve tried.

Really enjoyed eating here. Was the first time. Had cheese fries Mac n cheese bites a burger and funal fries very tasty loved the dipping sauce, I will be going back for sure. The only down side was the parking, that is not the fault of thiers but it took a long time to get out just a heads up would probably be better in the summer when there is no snow build up.

Had a wonderful experience at Burger Factory! The ambience was great, and the highlight was the amazing customer service,special shoutout to Kyla, who handled everything effortlessly with top-notch customer care. The burgers were absolutely delicious and juicy, cooked to perfection. Kudos to the team for making it such a memorable visit. I highly recommend!

WOW what a meal!! We went in for the United Way Ultimate Burger Battle ($2 towards tackling poverty) to try the Dynamo Burger. Ended up with a chocolate caramel shake and sweet potato fries along with a free desert from Mustangs Desserts! Biscoff milk cake = The Dynamo Burger had thick, super tasty, freshly made patties, with a stuffed jalapeno cheese bite, cheese bite, & a perfectly crunchy onion ring on top. It was a meal in itself! The fries had a perfect crunch too. My fav fries from any burger visit this far. It's nice and bright inside, very clean and a menu with so many delicious selections. Cannot wait to go back! We were greeted by a lovely man - Alaa Senjab - who was very kind, helped us with the menu, seated service and a free dessert too @Mustangs Deserts is also inside. Amazing selections of mouth watering desserts there? We enjoyed some conversation with him and loved the food experience! He was also kind enough to hold the door saying, "goodbye" as we left! What an experience! Thank you so much Alaa! We look forward to our next visit
